Crafted from 100% raw and unrefined, non-GMO Morena cane sugar, Diablo’s Shadow Silver Rum is mashed locally in-house, and distilled 60 gallons at a time. You cannot get much more “Small Batch” than that!
The raw cane sugar we have selected is minimally processed, allowing it to maintain its natural color and depth of flavor, which translates beautifully into our one-of-a-kind Silver Rum. At 90 proof and incredibly smooth, this exceptional rum has a fantastic floral nose, tropical flavor, and just enough sweetness to make this rum perfect for sipping neat or mixing into your favorite cocktail.
We chose to make a Silver Rum before any other spirits in order to showcase the quality of our process, the capabilities of our still, and craftsmanship of our distiller. We’ve been so thrilled with the results that we’re putting this rum in oak barrels as fast as we can for aging. Enjoy!
